Telemedicine Zion Tell-A-Doc

Zion Tell-A-Doc refers to the online faciltiy of consultation, diagnosis and management of a patient located away from the hospital via electronic means such us telephone and video conferencing. Telemedicine ensures the patients and the healthcare professionals a hassle free environment to interact despite differences in geographical location. Patients can consult the doctor from the comforts of their home. You will only need a computer with web camera and internet connectivity, you can also avail the facility through your smart phone after downloading our app from the play store.

How to book your appointment?

You can book our tell–a-doc appointment in 3 ways.

If you are an existing patient of Mount Zion Medical College Hopsital and have an MRD number, please log into our mobile app using you mobile number and password and select 'Book Appointment' from the home page. Choose the department and doctor you want to consultant. Select the date in which you wish to book the appointment and then go on and choose a time slot that is convenient for you. Select your MR number and book the appointment. You will be directed to the payment option next. Click on the 'Pay Now' tab and you will have 4 options of payment to choose from. Make the payment and you'll get a conformation message.

If you are new patient, you can call us on 9497713987 / 04734 -269999 and our executive will guide you to register with us. After you get your MRD number, follow the steps mentioned above to book the consultation.
